New Delhi:  A day after campaigning ended and a day before the national capital votes, Bharatiya Janata Party's chief ministerial candidate in Delhi Kiran Bedi is taking time to relax. Bedi will be in her constituency Krishna Nagar for the entire day to celebrate the hard work that has been put in for the polls. "Whatever the result be, we will be celebrating the hard work. This hard work must continue and convert into work for the society. Today I will be spending time with the people who supported me all through," Bedi said. Bedi is fighting from Krishna Nagar, which is considered a stronghold of the BJP. On the last day of her campaigning on Thursday, she was missing from her own roadshow in the constituency for almost half of the distance. New Delhi : Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) on Friday rejected Delhi Jama Masjid Shahi Imam Syed Ahmed Bukhari's offer of support to it and his appeal to the Muslim community to vote for the party in Delhi Assembly elections. AAP leader Sanjay Singh said, "We have always been against communal Politics, people from all religion will vote for us. AAP doesn't support the ideology of Imam Bukhari, we don't need their support." Bukhari had earlier asked Muslims to support the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party in the Delhi Assembly elections. The move comes as a surprise as the Imam in the past has asked Muslims to back Congress. Police allow AAP candidate Naresh Balyan to appear for interrogation after Delhi elections

New Delhi:  Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) candidate Naresh Baliyan will be interrogated by the Delhi Police crime branch after Delhi elections in connection with liquor found at a warehouse owned by him. Delhi Police had said Balyan had to join the probe otherwise they will take legal action in the recovery of hundreds of liquor bottles from his property. AAP leaders Ashutosh and Ashish Khetan met Delhi Police Commissioner BS Bassi alleging that there was pressure on the police regarding Balyan. Bassi allowed Balyan to appear after the elections. AAP leader Sanjay Singh said, "We spoke about Balyan to the police. We told them that Balyan will not be able to come till Saturday as he is busy in election work." Some pre-poll surveys say BJP will form government in Delhi, others give majority to AAP

New Delhi:  Bharatiya Janata Party is likely to get a clear majority and will form the next government in Delhi according to the pre-poll survey by Data Mineria. The Data Mineria survey has given the BJP 36 seats, AAP 27 seats and Congress seven seats. The survey was conducted after the AAP funding controversy. According to the survey, the BJP is set to get a near majority figure. In the last Assembly elections, the party got 32 seats, AAP 28 and Congress 8. The Data Mineria survey predicts a figure for the AAP that is almost similar to the previous polls. Bharatiya Janata Party is likely to get a clear majority and will form the next government in Delhi according to the pre-poll survey by Data Mineria.
